So, if you haven't heard or just don't care, Craig Owens has officially been kicked out of Chiodos. I know! Rediculous! Craig Pretty much made Chiodos, and I don't want anyone saying "that's ludacris, one man can't make a band." Well let me tell you, Queen just wasn't the same without Freddie! I'd give more examples to sway anyone's decission that this is just lame, but frankly even if I cahnge your mind, it wouldn't change the band's. :[ And I'm sure the band will live on and prosper and I will be behind them every step of the way, but it just wont be the same without the front man that every fan has come to know and love. I'm just glad I saw them live at least once before this monstrosity happened. Aperently, it's because of Craig's Manic Depression and his attempted suicide last year, but those are just rumors. Does anyone else think that will just set him off the edge into the deep end of the pools of sorrow? Maybe that's just me. Craigery is doing a solo EP, though, and let me tell you, from what I've heard it's different but still amazing. It makes me glad to hear that he's not just hanging onto his sudden departure and he is moving on. Maybe when this new singer comes along, the band will want him back because it wont be the same energy or musical choice and they will just beg him and they will all rejoice and write some killer songs. A girl can only hope.

Oh, and another little fact, they just gave their drummer (Derrick Frost) the boot this past spring. It feels like this is just another round of high school for the band. Mind you, they said that Derrick left on his own terms and was respectfully let go of, but do you think he was pressured a little bit? I'm not saying that I do, I'm just putting it out there for everyone to munch on.

Plus the whole split in half of one of my other favorite bands is just a cherry ontop of the depressing sunday. Sadly, Panic! at the Disco has parted down the middle. And, yes, I know this isn't new information, but I like to put it out there. Brendon and Spencer will carry on as Panic! at the Disco and keep writing, while Ryan and John have created a new band, The Young Veins. They're kind of Rolling Stones sounding. Check out their song "Change." It's pretty fantastic and I'm one-hundred percent okay with this split, because I'm positive they will reunite one day just like Blink182. It's just my wishful thinking. Unfortunatly, though, the Panic! CD will be delayed quite a bit from this sudden fall out. But back to the whole Chiodos problem, I don't belive they will actually get back together, no matter how many times a pray for it.

Does anyone who reads these even know who Chiodos or Craig Ownes is? Hmmmm probibly not. That's fine, I don't care. It's just important that you know that this is going on because then if some one brings it up then you can join in and act like this is a big deal. Trust me, picking up little tid bits of anything really helps the process of making new friends. That's how I meet a lot of people, that and tripping and falling or running into them. Try to avoid politics and religion, though. Anyways, just wanted to let some one know that my favorite band is being ripped apart by the seams, if anyone cares haha:]
In other musical news, Fall Out Boy is going to take a short break for other bands to be more in the spotlight and noticed which in my opinion is quite nobel. They aren't going to stop being FOB, just vacationing and focussing on side projects. And Lily Allen has decided to step out of the musical industry. What is she going to do now? I'm not even sure, I only know that she's done. That's all the news I have, or I'm just too lazy to finish, you'll never know and I'll never tell. There might be a part two if I relly want to rant some more:]

About my lack of art creation, I'm not going to lie. School is kicking my ass right now so I'm a little unmotivated and lazy. Plus I have soccer games to attend. Well I really don't have to, but it is my favorite sport and I get in free. So it's an obvious choice to grace the players of my presence and innapropriate cheering. Just kidding, my cheers support the players of both teams, just not the officails. Their calls are so obserd some times I just can't come to bring myself to being supportive and positive of their attendance. I can't always be super happy and respectful, it just can't and probibly wont happen in this case. To be candid, it makes me want to pull my curly brown locks out! But that is another topic for another free night.
